Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst, you will deliver advanced business intelligence and data engineering solutions across various projects in Flanders. With at least 5 years of experience, your main focus will be turning complex data sets into insightful and actionable intelligence for stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven business decisions.
- Design and optimise data models hosted on Azure environments, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Write advanced SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes (ETL) to facilitate analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to translate analytic requirements into technical solutions, supporting both Business Intelligence and Data Engineering initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout all reporting layers and integrations.
- Document data processes, workflows, and best practices to enable continuous improvement and compliance.

- Experienced Problem-Solver: You bring at least five years of hands-on experience in data analysis, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Your background includes solid working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and SQL Server. You are comfortable working in cloud environments and have a knack for leveraging data platforms to support business intelligence and data engineering needs.
- Collaboration & Communication: You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and your communication is clear and impactful. You are confident presenting findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Continuous Learner: You proactively seek new methods, tools, and technologies to deepen your understanding and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Result-Oriented: You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, always striving for accuracy, effectiveness, and meaningful impact in your analytical work.
