Data Migration Engineer
Looking for a hands-on role that keeps you at the heart of data? Join our team as a data specialist where you'll focus on Data Warehousing, but also get the chance to dive into Data Engineering and support in Project Planning & Scheduling. Here’s how your days will look:
- Design, build, and maintain data warehouses that enable robust analytics and reporting for business insights.
- Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely data flows across our platforms.
- Leverage Azure Functions to build event-driven data pipelines and integrations.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams on workflow automation, optimizing data architecture and supporting new initiatives.
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling activities, aligning closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Utilize tools like SQL Server and Azure DevOps to manage code, automate deployments, and monitor system health.
- Create clear documentation and transfer knowledge with both technical and non-technical colleagues in English and Dutch.
The scope covers business-critical data in a dynamic environment, with a real impact on analytics capabilities, operational decisions, and future data strategies.

As a key player in our Data & Analytics team, you should have a passion for building, maintaining, and optimizing data warehouses, and you enjoy a good challenge when it comes to data engineering. You keep an eye on the bigger picture, but you don’t shy away from getting your hands dirty in project planning when it’s time to move things forward.
- You’re comfortable working with ETL/ELT processes – you know how essential smooth data flows are, and you love thinking in solutions.
- You enjoy working with Azure Functions; cloud-based automation is your thing, and you’re always looking for new tricks to make things run smoother.
- SQL Server and Azure DevOps? If you have experience, that’s a nice bonus!
- Collaboration comes naturally to you, whether you’re talking tech or translating complex ideas into people-friendly language.
You’re a real team player who likes to keep things organized, always looking for smart ways to tackle complex challenges. You think ahead, but you also enjoy making things happen in the day-to-day.
