Functional Analyst - CRM
Location: Antwerp (Berchem) – hybrid
Reporting to: Group Digital Solutions Director
Do you want to help build a future-proof CRM environment within an international organization active in the distribution of high-quality ingredients for sectors such as food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals? This company supports innovative clients worldwide and plays a crucial role in the entire process from idea to finished product.
Your Role
As a Senior CRM Functional Analyst, you take the functional lead in optimizing and further developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. You work closely with both business and IT, translating complex commercial processes into scalable solutions with maximum impact.
What You Will Do
- Design and improve Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Power Platform solutions
- Optimize the current CRM implementation and drive improvement initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and enhance the overall user experience
- Lead workshops and advise stakeholders on best practices and trends
- Take the functional lead in end-to-end CRM projects
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery
- Coach junior colleagues and act as a subject matter expert during escalations
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM consultant/analyst
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform & Dataverse
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience
