Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong foundation in engineering, construction, and equipment procurement, preferably gained within a pharmaceutical environment.

The successful candidate will have a solid track record of 3 to 8 years in project management, showcasing their ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, manage complex project scopes, and deliver on deadlines effectively. They should demonstrate an aptitude for autonomous work and decision-making while maintaining a structured approach to enhance productivity and performance.

We particularly value candidates who possess the following qualifications and personal qualities:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for sharing experiences and providing mentorship within the team.
• Innovative Mindset: An aptitude for identifying areas of process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Multilingual Capabilities: Proficiency in both English and French at a professional level is necessary to succeed in this role.

While the role predominantly requires on-site presence, limited homeworking options are available. We seek individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting and are prepared to be on-site several days a week to closely collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
