Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging en coördinatie van wegtransport-zendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct, tijdig en volgens de geldende procedures worden verwerkt. Je staat in nauw contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen en bewaakt continu de kwaliteit en doorlooptijd van transporten. Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk en communiceert helder over status en afwijkingen.

• Je zorgt voor een vlotte en tijdige verwerking van transportdossiers
• Je voert correcte en tijdige data-input uit in operationele systemen
• Je volgt zendingen op via track & trace en rapporteert naar klanten
• Je staat in voor correcte en tijdige facturatie naar klanten en leveranciers
• Je onderhoudt contact met klanten voor het plannen en afstemmen van transporten
• Je bouwt en onderhoudt professionele relaties met transporteurs en partners
• Je werkt volgens interne procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
• Je bewaakt KPI’s en servicelevels binnen jouw dossiers
• Je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt mee over optimalisaties


Jouw ideale achtergrond:

Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen logistiek of transportadministratie en voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische, internationale omgeving. Je bent communicatief sterk, georganiseerd en werkt nauwkeurig. Je kan prioriteiten stellen, blijft rustig onder druk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers.

• Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen logistiek, bij voorkeur wegtransport
• Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
• Vlot met MS Office (Excel, Word) en administratieve systemen
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en proactieve ingesteldheid
• Klantgericht, communicatief en oplossingsgericht
• In staat om zelfstandig én in team te werken
