Omschrijving van de Functie

Als Warehouse Controler ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de controle van goederen in het magazijn. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie essentieel zijn. Je voert dagelijks inventarisaties uit, controleert inkomende en uitgaande goederen, en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen volgens de richtlijnen verlopen. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken, terwijl je tegelijkertijd goed samenwerkt met je teamleden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de correctheid van voorraden en draagt bij aan een veilige en georganiseerde werkplek.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Controleren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen op juistheid en kwaliteit
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige inventarisaties en voorraadbeheer
  • Registratie en verwerking van gegevens in SAP en andere IT-systemen
  • Onderhouden van nauwkeurige administratie en documentatie
  • Bedienen van heftrucks en reachtrucks voor verplaatsing van goederen
  • Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Identificeren en rapporteren van discrepanties en problemen
  • Bijdragen aan een ordelijke en veilige magazijnomgeving
  • Werken in een ploegensysteem volgens vastgestelde rooster

Profiel van de Kandidaat

We zoeken een zelfstandige en betrouwbare professional met een sterke leerbereidheid en aandacht voor detail. Je bent iemand die prioriteiten goed kan stellen, zelfstandig kan werken en tegelijkertijd een gezonde teamspirit bezit. Je hebt een proactieve houding ten aanzien van veiligheid en kwaliteit, en je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken. Je beschikt over solide IT-vaardigheden en bent gericht op het behalen van nauwkeurige resultaten.

Vereiste Ervaring en Expertise:

  • Minimaal A2-niveau opleiding (ASO-TSO of gelijkwaardig)
  • Vlotte PC-vaardigheden met Word, Excel en vergelijkbare programma's
  • Kennis van SAP of soortgelijke magazijnsystemen (bij voorkeur)
  • Heftruck- en reachtruckattest (voordeel)
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en prioriteiten te stellen
