Accountancy Director

Ben jij een ervaren accountant met leiderschapskwaliteiten die impact wil maken bij klanten en collega’s? Wil je een rol waarin je dossiers beheert, advies geeft en minder ervaren collega’s begeleidt? Dan is deze functie als Accountancy Director iets voor jou.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige dossierbeheer van je klanten, voorzie je proactief advies en ondersteun je de ontwikkeling van het team.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dossierbeheer: Volledig beheer van je klantenportefeuille en zorgen voor correcte en tijdige afronding.
  • Adviesverlening: Proactief adviseren van klanten en uitleg geven tijdens regelmatige besprekingen.
  • Teamcoaching: Begeleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega’s, zodat zij groeien in hun rol.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Zorgen voor een vlotte en efficiënte afwerking van dossiers.



Wie ben jij?

  • Opleiding: Bachelor in accountancy-fiscaliteit of master in een financiële richting.
  • Erkenning: ITAA-titel of in het bezit van ITAA-stage is een plus.
  • Ervaring: Enkele jaren ervaring in een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Taal & communicatie: Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, sterk communicatief vermogen.
  • Persoonlijke eigenschappen: Oplossingsgericht, klantvriendelijk en professioneel.

We are partnering with a well-established international group to appoint a Group Financial Controller overseeing a portfolio of entities across Africa.Based in Dubai and reporting to the Group Finance Director, this role plays a critical part in safeguarding financial integrity across multiple countries and entities.
