Internationale Sales Manager

Als Internationale Sales Manager ben je het strategische gezicht van ons bedrijf op de wereldmarkt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van verkoopstrategieën die onze positie in internationale markten versterken. Je werkt nauw samen met distributeurs en agenten in meerdere landen om de verkoop van investeringsgoederen – met name industriële machines en voedingsindustriële apparatuur – uit te breiden.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze internationale klanten en partners. Je ondersteunt hun groei, bouwt sterke relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat beide partijen voordeel hebben uit de samenwerking. In een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar tempo en flexibiliteit essentieel zijn, neem je snel beslissingen en schakkel je moeiteloos tussen verschillende markten en culturen.

Wat je dagelijks doet:

  • Verkoopstrategieën ontwikkelen en implementeren voor internationale markten
  • Relaties beheren met distributeurs en agenten in meerdere landen
  • Verkoopteams ondersteunen bij het sluiten van B2B-deals in de sector van investeringsgoederen
  • Onderhandelingen voeren met internationale partners en klanten
  • Markttrends monitoren en je concurrentiepositie analyseren in een hoogtechnologische omgeving
  • Verkoopresultaten rapporteren en performance-indicatoren evalueren
  • Regelmatig reizen naar internationale markten voor klantbezoeken en partnergesprekken (ongeveer 40% van je tijd)
  • Verkoopactiviteiten en marketinginitiatieven coördineren met interne teams
  • Nieuwe verkoopkansen identificeren en marktexpansiemogelijkheden onderzoeken

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Hogere opleiding afgerond
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in internationale B2B-verkoop van investeringsgoederen, bij voorkeur industriële machines of voedingsindustrie
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van andere talen is een plus
  • Aangetoonde ervaring in het aansturen van distributeurs en agenten in meerdere landen
  • Vertrouwdheid met hoogtechnologische omgevingen en producten
  • Bereidheid om ongeveer 40% van de tijd te reizen
